Welcome to our practice.
Patients are required to book online or to call our office for a scheduled appointment. We are generally available to answer your calls from 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Sunday 9am to 1pm. Cancellations are also available online.
We are an appointment based clinic and depending on availability, the soonest a patient can typically book is within the next day.
Patients must disclose any fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath while booking their appointment through our phone line.

About Us
CareMart Medical Clinic is located inside Coquitlam Centre Mall with unlimited free parking for patients. It is centrally located near a vast majority of transit routes and amenities. We offer a walk-in clinic (depending on availability) and a family practice hybrid. Operating hours are 10am to 5pm (Monday-Friday) And 9am-3pm on weekends.
We are currently not accepting new patients. Previously, we also accept patients on a walk-in basis, however, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all patients require appointments. Additionally, we provide geriatric services (in the office), chronic and complex health conditions, and new ICBC and WCB patients.

Mask Update
At our medical clinic, we believe in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our patients. As such, masks are generally optional for all visitors to our clinic. However, we kindly ask that patients who are experiencing symptoms of illness, or who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, wear a mask for the duration of their visit and a rapid COVID-19 test is required. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us to prevent the spread of illness and to protect the health of all those who enter our facility.
Our Team
The Caremart Medical team includes 3 Medical Office Assistants and five Physicians: Dr. Osman Samad, Dr. Jenny Lee, Dr. Majid Jafari, Dr. Lida Fereydouni and Dr. Debora Widyastuti . The physician team fosters strong collaboration when it comes to patient care, and prides itself on the familial relationships that have formed, the strong bonds promote the trustworthy and supportive atmosphere this clinic possesses.

No Show Policy
We ask that you kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or changes to your appointment.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a late cancellation/no show fee. There are many people waiting for appointments, so your cooperation will assist us in serving everyone.
